Landlord pays for heat, hydro, water, and sewer, which means that you won't have to worry about those bills. Our units range in size from 400 to 1100 square feet and are equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, and stove. We have wheelchair accessible units, an elevator, and laundry facilities on every floor for your convenience. You'll also receive one parking space with your rental, but additional parking spaces are available for $75.00 per month. The floors are laminate, and the walls are painted white. Please note that this is a smoke-free building and property, and we enforce this policy strictly. Our building is camera-monitored on interior common elements 24/7, and we have a secure building with an intercom system to ensure your safety. To reserve a unit, please email leasing@eopmg.com with the unit number, and we'll require a deposit of $250.00 to hold your desired unit while we process your application. This deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to move in, but it will be applied to your last month's rent.
